• Hosted client data: If you are a managed hosting client, your application data resides on infrastructure we manage. That data belongs to you and is governed by your Managed Hosting Service Agreement.

srpdc.com is served over encrypted HTTPS. Contact form submissions are transmitted securely and delivered to SRPDC email. We do not store contact form submissions in a database — they are delivered via email and retained in email records. Hosted client infrastructure runs on DigitalOcean servers in US data centers with access restricted to authorized personnel.

5. Third-Party Services

We share information with third parties only where necessary to provide services:

• Nodemailer via Gmail SMTP — used to deliver contact form submissions to info@srpdc.com. Google’s privacy policy applies to email transmission.
• DigitalOcean — cloud infrastructure provider hosting srpdc.com and client servers. DigitalOcean’s privacy policy applies at the infrastructure level.

No other third parties receive personal data submitted through srpdc.com. We do not use advertising networks, tracking pixels, or data brokers.

6. Cookies

srpdc.com does not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. The site may use a session cookie for basic functionality. No cross-site tracking occurs.

7. Google Analytics

If Google Analytics is enabled on this site, it collects anonymized usage data (page views, general location, browser type) to help us understand how the site is used. No personally identifiable information is sent to Google Analytics. You may opt out via your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Contact form inquiry records are retained in email for as long as necessary for business purposes. If you request deletion of your inquiry data, contact us and we will remove it from our records within 30 days. Hosted client data retention is governed by the applicable Hosting Service Agreement.

9. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have submitted to SRPDC by emailing info@srpdc.com. We will respond within 30 days.

10. Children

srpdc.com is intended for adults and business clients. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The Last Updated date at the top of this page will reflect changes. Continued use of srpdc.com after updates are posted constitutes acceptance.
