Common questions
Can you host any type of website?
We specialize in Node.js/Express applications, static sites, and full-stack platforms. We can also host WordPress, but our strength is custom-built applications on Linux. If you’re not sure if your stack is supported, just email us.
What happens if my site goes down?
Our uptime monitoring alerts us immediately. Response times depend on your plan tier — 2 hours for Premium, 4 hours for Standard, next business day for Basic. All SLAs are documented in your service agreement.
Do I own my data?
Yes, always. Your content, application code, and data belong to you. If you ever cancel, we provide a full data export within 7 business days. We will never hold your data hostage.
Can I migrate my existing site?
Yes. Our Site Migration add-on covers moving your existing site from any host to our infrastructure with zero downtime. We handle the DNS cutover and verify everything before closing out the old server.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
Month-to-month with no long-term commitment required. You can cancel with 30 days written notice. We also offer discounted annual pricing — contact us for details.
How do I pay?
Monthly invoices via Stripe. We accept all major credit cards and ACH bank transfer. Billing is automatic on the 1st of each month after onboarding.
