Built from the ground up.
Right here in the RGV.
Nearly two decades of hands-on technology work — from the ground floor to leadership — brought home to serve the businesses and communities of the Rio Grande Valley.
“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.” — Colossians 3:23
“The integrity of the upright guides them.” — Proverbs 11:3
SRPDC exists to serve RGV businesses with enterprise-level technology built on a foundation that does not change — integrity at every layer, excellence in every line of code, and the honest commitment that what we build, we stand behind. We work with all our heart because the work itself is an act of service.
From help desk to enterprise. All in the RGV.
Juan Pardo has spent his entire professional career building and maintaining technology infrastructure in South Texas. Starting at the help desk and advancing through network operations, switching, and core network engineering, Juan built his expertise from the ground up — the same way he builds every platform and network he touches today.
That career-long foundation is what SRPDC is built on. Not a shortcut, not a course, not outsourced work — nearly two decades of real infrastructure experience, brought to RGV businesses at a price point that makes sense for this market.
Juan holds an Associate degree in Computer Networking and Technology with a specialty in Security from Texas State Technical College (TSTC) in Harlingen — a credential earned here, for work done here.
Four values. Every engagement.
Faith
We work as if the work itself is an act of service, because for us it is. Every project receives our full heart.
Integrity
We say what we will do and we do what we say. No surprise invoices, no disappearing, no hand-offs.
Community
We are RGV built. Our success is tied to the success of the businesses and families we serve in this valley.
Craftsmanship
We do not cut corners. Every network, every platform, and every line of code is built to last.
Family. Faith. The Rio Grande Valley.
Juan is a proud husband, father, and lifelong resident of the Rio Grande Valley. A graduate of Lyford High School and a product of rural South Texas, his roots in this community run deep.
Faith is not a footnote at SRPDC — it is the foundation. The same values that guide how Juan leads his family are the values that guide how he serves his clients: with honesty, with care, and with a commitment to doing the work right.
